Men’s Group
The Men’s Group has a monthly Saturday event and an annual member-guest invitational. There is also a stroke play and match play Club Championship. The Calder Cup is a single elimination tournament which runs through the summer months. Mira Vista also participates in NCGA regional and team competitions with other clubs in the area. The Men's Group culminates in a Ryder Cup format tournament called the Vista Cup.

Women’s Groups
There are two women’s groups. The Eighteen Hole Women’s Group hosts weekly events and has an extensive golf season. Their events include Charm Days, Guest Days, Stroke Play, Match Play and Eclectics. They host a popular two day Invitational Tournament, along with a Handicap Championship and Club Championship. There is also team participation in two regional leagues. The Women’s Nine Hole Group has weekly play days, a Club Championship and also hosts Sunday events during the summer. This group offers an excellent opportunity for women to get started in the game.
